Shopping List Arroz con Mariscos (Peru) Episode 1/29/16

Arroz con Mariscos:
2 cups of mix fresh seafood ( shrimp, squid, octopus, fresh mussels, fresh clams )
2 cups of steamed white rice
3 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp of diced red onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tomato cooked and peeled
1 tsp of paprika or panca pepper paste
Pinch of oregano
2 oz white wine
1 tbsp of Aji Amarillo paste
4 oz of Chicken stock
4 oz of diced red bell pepper
2 tbsp of fresh cilantro
Salt & Pepper
