JiBaro TruckJiBARO traveling truck serves an international flavored menu with a focus on Caribbean food. JiBARO features a variety of Pupusas. A Pupusa is a traditional Salvadorian dish made of thick corn tortillas that is then filled with a variety of fillings including cheese, ground pork ground to a paste consistency, squash , refried beans and more.

Their menu also features Bison burgers, gourmet chicken burgers, crabby patties, chicken teriyaki (burger, bowl or wrap), tuna wrap with the secret JiBARO dressing.
